Hello Fastball Fans
This past Wednesday and Thursday the Durham Men's Fastball League were able to
play three games and 3s were wild it appears.
All games are played at Oshawa"s Alexandra Park, next to the Lakeridge Health Hospital.
Wednesday Game # 34  8:30  Knights @ Guns

It was a tough night for the Guns pitching staff as Rob Parsells and 
James Goulburn shared the duties. The Knights flexed their muscles and 
had 16 hits that seemed to evade every one of  the Guns defenders that 
ended with a score of 17 - 3 Knights after 3.2 innings.

Thursday Game # 35  6:30  Bombers @ Guns
The Bombers scored 5 runs in the first two innings and the Guns scattered 6 
hits over the 3rd, 4th and 5th innings but it wasn't quite enough as the 
Bombers prevailed 11 - 3.

Thursday Game # 36 8:30  Ravens @  Wranglers
Very tight ball game as it was tied at 2 after 6 1/2 innings. In the bottom 
of the 7th he first place Wranglers received a walk, f8, error by the third 
baseman, a single to load the bases and Jay Best squibbed a single to score the 
winning run as the Wranglers won 3 - 2 final.
