Durham Men's Fastball League Week #7
Morning Fastball Fans
Rain interfered again as Wednesday's 8:30 game #19 between the Wranglers 
and Knights was cancelled.

Thursday, Game # 20, 6:30,

 It  was a very good game that ended in a tie 3 - 3 between the Wranglers 
 and Bombers.
Wranglers added a new pitcher to the DMFL as 20 year old Brad Barker from 
Goodwood, Ontario took the ball and did a great job of pitching.  He is a 
former student at the SpinMaster Pitching School and has turned out to be 
great.
Jeff Drinkle got the nod to pitch for the Bombers as he prepares for his 
Elimination Tournament this weekend for the Oshawa Double B U23 team under
John Mather. Jeff threw very well also as he lasted 5 innings before he tired and Ryan Swift relieved him. Bombers were down 3 - 0 but they bounced back with 3 of their own in the 6th inning..An error by each team cost them 2 runs against.

Thursday Game # 21, 8:30 Guns @ Ravens
This game turned to be one sided as the Guns scored 12 runs in the 
first two innings and never looked back. The Gun's James Gouldburn 
limited the Ravens to 2 runs on 3 hits. Final score Guns 14 - Ravens 2.
